Brendan has spent his 20 year career in the property and casualty marketplace. His background of underwriting and distribution refined his expertise in outsourcing, building offices abroad in South America and Eastern Europe.
Graduating from St.Lawrence University with a degree in Economics in 2003, he began his underwriting career at The Hartford Financial Services Group in Manhattan, New York. He has spent his career as an entrepreneur, focused on developing new programs and capacity across the admitted and non-admitted US marketplace. Brendan holds the CPCU designation, and resides in Boston, MA.
Juan David Roldan
Chief of Staff @ Sosa Solutions
Located in South America and Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English.
He provides day to day operational services including management of the office, and onboarding. He also provides tech support services to customers, ensuring that they operate flawlessly.
Juan is a graduate of Politecnico Colombiano with an Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering and an Engineering Degree in Productivity and Quality.
Ilya Ilyayev
Vice President of Technology @ Sosa Solutions
Located in Brooklyn, New York and Bi-Lingual in English and Russian. He leads the Eastern European team of offshore full stack developers with specialties in .Net and C sharp, as well as Databases, Networks, and Compliance.
Mr. Ilyayev is responsible for the overall technology systems and processes for the company. Mr. Ilyayev has over 20 years of technology and online marketing experience, having held various senior roles at several national companies.
